What is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a widely accepted set of policies and procedures intended to optimize the security of credit, debit and cash card transactions and protect cardholders against misuse of their personal information. What are the 6 principles of PCI DSS?

Software and operating systems must be regularly updated and patched.
- Implement strong access control measures. Access to system information and operations should be restricted and controlled.
